What our customers had to say about their experience with Sit Means Sit.

We met with Sit Means Sit within 3 weeks of adopting our male Rottie rescue, who was guestimated to be between 1-2 yrs old, because we knew that at 97 pounds (and growing) he would need to learn some manners/boundaries. We have been training with them now for several months and they have taught him and us more than we expected. It’s more than just manners – he looks to us for direction on any exercise and we learn how to give him the right direction for what we want him to do. He loves all the trainers there and gets excited to go to group training sessions! In the time we’ve been there, the program has progressed to include more advanced exercises, and the facility itself has been upgraded. We’ve had other Rottie rescues that we’ve trained, and our best experience has been here.

This is fantastic training! I was desperate after trying other dog training and none worked for Milo and me. I found Sit means Sit and decided to invest in what I knew was my last hope. It is SO worth the investment! I love the group classes you get to join after the all-day lessons! The group classes really help you bond more with your pup while working on new tricks! Milo had aggressive behavior on leash and we have grown so much since the first day! Milo is also people shy but he loves the trainer! If you put in the work at home and come to the group classes then you will get the well trained pup you always imagined you could have! The staff gives 100% and it has helped me and milo be more confident together! Can’t wait to keep moving forward!

The team at Sit Means Sit became invested in Molly’s training and success from Day 1. Molly has come a long way, thanks to her training team. I am particularly impressed with the time and patience the team has taken to train me! I look forward to group training and having a fulfilling relationship with Molly because of the manners and obedience training she got at Sit Means Sit – Dallas!

Sit Means Sit has changed our lives.
We have a three year old lab mix, that is very much an alpha. Any time she saw other dogs on walks, she would lunge and bark. She played well with dogs, but very rough. We adopted a puppy to be a companion for her while we are away at work, but Kai couldn’t adjust to having a sibling and would attack the puppy at random. After three months, we knew we needed help. The trainers at Sit Means Sit sat down with us and treated us and our dogs with compassion and concern. We were a little skeptical at first as our dogs are like our children and we want them to thrive and be happy.
After a couple weeks, we began to notice a difference. She was more attentive to us, less stubborn, and she had impulse control. At our private lessons, the trainers took the time to show us what works best for her and the psychology behind everything they taught her.
The training that Sit Means Sit offers is tailored to your dog’s specific needs. It is a huge investment, but one that is 100% worth it to help your dog have a strong, healthy relationship with you and other dogs. They genuinely care about your dog – I was amazed to see how well Kai bonded with her trainers. When we looked into private lessons with other licensed trainers, none of them offered the exposure to other dogs, people, and environments that Sit Means Sit offers. We are so grateful for the level of care and training the Sit Means Sit provides and are glad to be part of the family!

SMS is fantastic. We have an adopted Pit/Husky/Staffordshire mix who, like us, had no real dog obedience training. Throughout the 3 week training process our dog showed noticeable improvements every day. Alongside the group classes, some daycare, and short boarding, our dog has made a complete 180! We couldn’t be happier with the results and look forward to continuing group classes and advancing our dog’s capabilities around us and others.
